The delicious FunCakesmarzipan is very soft and flexible! This makes themarzipan easy to handle and perfect for rolling out. Thismarzipan has a nice fine texture and remains firm when rolled out.

If you want a less pronounced final colour, simply mix the colouredmarzipan with whitemarzipan . You can also mix two different colouredmarzipan.

To completely coat a round cake with a diameter of 24 / 26 cm or a square cake with a side of 20 cm, you need about 500 g ofmarzipan. Themarzipan should be kneaded well before being spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
