Concentrated aroma with almond flavour 3.7 ml

LorAnn's concentrated flavours are powerful aromas, also known as "candy oils". These flavours are not oil-based and therefore do not contain any vegetable oil. The term "candy oil" refers to the fact that the taste is concentrated and undiluted. These flavours are three to four times more powerful than water- and alcohol-based flavouring extracts.

If you wish to replace one of the flavouring extracts in a recipe with the corresponding concentrated LorAnn flavouring, it is recommended to use only ¼ at ½ coffee spoon for each coffee spoonful of extract. Exposure to high heat does not alter the flavour of the product.

These flavours are particularly suitable for sugar and marzipan. Thanks to the high concentration, the structure of sugar paste and marzipan does not change when one of these flavours is added. They are also equally suitable for chocolate, sweets, cakes, brownies and other biscuits.

To obtain the best result, it is strongly recommended to follow the instructions below:

• • Do not use any synthetic kitchen utensils.
  • Avoid direct skin contact if the product is used in its pure state. Some flavours, such as cinnamon and almond, are particularly strong.
  • Immediately wipe up any splashes on plastic utensils and the work surface to avoid damage after prolonged contact.

Ingredients: natural and artificial flavours. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, plastic utensils and the work surface. This product, certified kosher, sugar-free, contains NO vegetable oil. It contains only natural and artificial flavours insoluble in water for use in chocolate.
