This superb mould will help you to create small bow ties easily and quickly, to stick on your birthday cakes (on Minnie's theme), birth, baptism, wedding cakes, cookies, cupcakes, macaroons etc. It will also be perfect to embellish your massages: add a bow tie to your sugar paste character's hair, on your Minnie or under the chin of a marzipan teddy bear :).

This mold can be used with sugar paste, marzipan, gumpaste, chocolate paste... and even isomalt!

Tip: comb the knots with gold or silver powder colouring diluted in lemon extract for an even more chic effect!

Tip: For easy demolding, place the mold filled with sugar paste in the freezer for 10 minutes, then demold and let your mold dry in the open air.
