Our sugar sheets for cake borders can be easily cut with scissors or a cutter and are available in 2 different sizes depending on the height of your cake:

• 3 Strips of 6.5cm high by 28cm long. Thus, each of these sheets can completely surround a cake of 26cm in diameter and 7cm in height.
• 2 Bands of 10cm high and 28cm long. Each of these sheets can completely enclose a cake 18cm in diameter and 10cm high.

And if your cake is bigger and you want to go all the way around, just take several sheets!

To glue the strips on your cake, nothing could be simpler:just cut the strips and glue them with food glue, royal icing or Crisco . These strips can be glued to both round and square cakes.

CHARACTERISTICS of the SUGAR LEAF :

1. Our sugar sheet is made up of a very thin layer of icing placed on a plastic support that will allow you to handle it without difficulty. The prints obtained give images with faithful and bright colours.
2. Sugar prints(Frosting Sheets ) can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months without any problem.

ADVICE FOR USE AND APPLICATION :

1. To separate the sugar sheet from its plastic support, let it dry for 5 to 15 minutes depending on the ambient humidity. For more speed, you can use a hair dryer.
2. By pinching one of the corners, the sugar sheet should come off the plastic support, so you can remove it and stick it on your cake.
3. Avoid placing the sugar sheets on creams containing water or on toppings, otherwise they will rise in humidity.
4. Do not put in the fridge.

The ink used (all colors are concerned) and the sugar sheets are on the one hand approved by the FDA and on the other hand certified kosher. By its composition, they are also Halal. See downloadable attachment.
