Moon structure for Tower Cake on slice

Specially designed for the Cake Designthe laser-cut structure, entirely made of stainless steel approved for food contact, is very resistant. Reusable, it will be your best ally to fascinate your customers!

Each piece is designed to accommodate a round cake of 7cm in height and, depending on your choice, a diameter of 15cm, 20cm, or 25cm. So, if you want to make a Tower Cake with 3 layers, you will have to acquire the 3 diameters.

Madl Créations, renowned cake designer in Belgium, has designed and thought about this product for the Cake Design and, within the framework of our partnership with her, Planete Gateau has it made to measure. And here is the online course of MADL Creations which uses this very moon structure!

This structure weighs only 200g and will provide you with a foolproof stability to easily support the weight of the 3 tiers of your cake. Its finishes, namely its welds and the polishing of the coating, are particularly well worked and will allow you to cover the bottom tray with sugar paste without any defect.

A SAVOIR:

• The Lune structure is always pierced with 2 holes of 12,5mm to let pass 2 threaded rods of 10mm of diameter : One hole to fix it to the bottom part of the Tower cake one hole to fix it to the lower part of the Moon structure and the second one to fix the upper part and put it in "Gravity Cake" mode.
• Note that the threaded rods and their bolts are NOT SUPPLIED but can be easily purchased at any hardware store. They will have to be cut according to the desired dimensions.
• As any stainless steel in contact with food, the material cannot rust even in permanent contact with wet materials. Nevertheless, we strongly advise you to store the structure in a dry place, always wrapping it with a plastic film or any other hermetic bag protecting it from the air. Indeed, with the permanent contact of the air and with time, the surface can be covered with a dark dull layer and let you think that it rusts... which is of course not possible with this material. In this case, if it bothers you visually, you could just rub it off.
• The base of the structure is engraved with the Logos of PLANETE GATEAU and MADL Creations to symbolize the partnership. This tray is, in any case, intended to be covered with sugar paste
• Can be cleaned with soap and water and can be washed in a dishwasher
