This gold nugget cocoa butter from Roxy and Rich will give your chocolate or fat-based culinary creations a sublime colorful finish.
Add sparkling color to your preparations with this coloring agent that does not contain E171!
It can be used in a chocolate mold or directly on the molded chocolate with a brush. But also on buttercream, chocolate candy melt or other fat-based preparations. Be careful, it is not used to tint chocolate or buttercream in mass.
Easy to use, simply melt the bottle of cocoa butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds, shake and heat again for 10 seconds. Continue the process until the amount of coloring you want is melted.
Be careful not to overheat the cocoa butter as its texture could be damaged.
