White color, easy to tint with gel dyes.

Ingredients: White chocolate substitute (sugar, fractionated and hydrogenated vegetable palm fat, whey powder, whole milk powder, emulsifying agent: sunflower lectin, E492, flavors) glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: Glycerin.

The product is GLUTEN FREE. May contain traces of: EGGS, ALMONDS or NUTS.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

NOTE: Despite the special care we take to protect it, the packaging of this product (plastic bucket) may be damaged during transport.
Thus, this bucket can sometimes arrive cracked but this does not alter the conservation of the sugar paste. This bucket has more of a practical storage aspect, the conservation of the dough is done in the plastic bag surrounding the dough. Finally, if the plastic bag is damaged, any quality plastic bag can be used as a replacement. The most important thing is that the bag is closed as tightly as possible.
