Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.

  • For delivery in France to a Point Relai (Mondial Relay), shipping costs are fixed at €4.90, then free for orders over €49.
  • For home delivery in France (Colissimo), shipping costs are fixed at €6.90, then €3.90 for orders over €49.

We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping charges for each of them.

One of the special features of the KITAY team is the special care we take with our parcels. You'll see for yourself when you receive your package.

RETURNS

We hope you will be fully satisfied with your product. However, there may be situations where you wish to return it. We will try to process your returns as quickly as possible.

To ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible, we distinguish between 2 types of returns. We therefore invite you to follow the procedure described for your case when returning your product.

1. Legal right of withdrawal :


Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you order from our website. If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with your product, please return it to us within the seven (7) days allowed by the legal withdrawal period, together with the delivery note. Please note that we will only accept returns of products that have not been damaged or deteriorated and if they are in their original condition (packaging, warranty, accessories and instructions intact).

We will refund the amount of the product purchased (shipping costs related to the return of your product remain at your charge) directly to the Credit/Debit Card used to place the order.

We will refund this amount within a maximum of 15 days following the return, after our services have inspected the returned product and verified that it complies with the conditions described above.

Please contact us via this form to inform us of your return request.
Your file will then be registered for faster processing upon receipt.

Any return made without prior contact with our Customer Service will likely be processed with a longer delay.

2. Warranty - defective products :


We do our utmost to ensure that your product is delivered to you in the best possible condition. If a product is delivered incomplete, damaged or defective, or is simply different from the one you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or refund the value of the product if it is no longer in stock.

Please note that this replacement or refund can only be made if the product is returned to us within the time limits set by the French Consumer Code.

In these circumstances, we will cover the cost of returning the product to you by sending you a pre-paid, pre-filled Colissimo dispatch note to your e-mail address. You will then need to print it out, stick it on the parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.
