The transport of your parcel
Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on the price or the weight of your order.
We recommend that you combine your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will be charged shipping for each of them.
One of the particular features of the inspired team is the very particular care given to the parcel. You will see you even upon receipt of your package.
To ensure a quick turnaround in the processing of your application, we distinguish 2 types of returns. Also, we invite you to follow the procedure for your case when returning your product.
1. right to withdraw legal:
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied whenever you order on our website if you have changed your mind or you are not satisfied with your product, send it back to us within seven (7) days you grants the legal withdrawal period accompanied by the delivery note. You are responsible for the product returned to its good reception by our services.
2. warranty - produced defective:
We do our utmost to ensure that your product is delivered to you in the best conditions. If a product was delivered incomplete, damaged or defective, or was simply different from the one you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or refund the value of the product if it is no longer in stock.
Please note that this replacement or refund can intervene only if the product is returned to us within the timeframe set by the consumer Code.
In these circumstances, we support the shipping costs to return the product by sending a Colissimo pre-filled and prepaid waybill which will be sent to your email address. You must then print it, stick it on the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
