Customized embossing stamp for cake

A must for your festive events, births, wedding cakes, anniversaries and other family celebrations to remember: your stamp will enable you toemboss your own motif or signature on all your pastry creations.

Once you've placed your order and provided us with your instructions, our graphics workshop will convert your image into a file compatible with your laser-cutting machine. Hence the extra 2 working days required for production.

You can choose your stamp from 2 styles (see photo for a visual idea):

• eMBOSSER style: The motif "protrudes" from the acrylic stamp and sinks 4 mm deep into your paste. The Embosser style allows you to print the design even when the pastry is already placed on your cake or cupcakes.
• GAUFREUR style: The pattern is hollowed out inside the acrylic stamp. So, if you apply consistent pressure from the stamp to your dough, your design will "pop out" (protrude from your dough) by around 2 mm. Because of the pressure required, the Gaufreur style will require you to first stamp your paste and then cut it out and place it on your cakes.

ATTENTION: We do not recommend using the stamp on the cookie dough itself. Because of the butter or other fats in the cookie dough recipe, and the fact that the dough has to be baked, the embossed motif "melts" during baking and loses its legibility. So, to personalize cookies, we recommend embossing (or embossing) sugar paste, cutting the design with a cookie cutter to the size and shape of your cookie, then placing the sugar paste on your pre-baked cookie.

TIP: You can further enhance the embossed motif by lightly sprinkling powdered colorant, in a darker color than your sugar paste, with a brush.
