These sprays based on cocoa butter will allow you to cover your cakes with a velvet effect, to use on your desserts, mousses, frozen desserts, logs...
Dazzle your guests with these sprays which will bring a velvet effect and a final touch to your delicacies.
One spray will allow you to cover about 8 pastries of about 20 cm.
Directions for use : The cylinder should be stored at a room temperature of about 25°C (77°F), which will allow you to melt the cocoa butter (it must remain liquid), shake well before and during use. Spray a thin and homogeneous layer, keeping a distance of 25/30 cm from the surface. Leave and repeat if necessary.

- Red: propellant E943a, E743B, E944, cocoa butter, colour E129.
- Pink: propellant E943a, E743B, E944, cocoa butter, colour E129.
- Green: propellant E943a, E743B, E944, cocoa butter, colour E102, E133
