The prints obtained on sugar sheet give images with more vibrant and brighter colors than the unleavened sheet. They are certified kosher (See attached downloadable document).

After printing, all you have to do is cut it into the desired shape (round, square, heart, details, etc.) and stick it on your cake using edible glue or Crisco.

CHARACTERISTICS of the SUGAR Leaf:

  1. Our sugar sheet consists of a very thin layer of icing on a plastic support that will allow you to handle it without difficulty. The impressions obtained give images with faithful and bright colours.
  2. Frosting Sheets can be stored without any problem at room temperature for up to 6 months
  3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND INSTALLATION:
    • To separate the sugar sheet from its plastic support, let it dry for 5 to 15 minutes depending on the ambient humidity level. For more speed, you can use a hair dryer.
    • The sugar leaf has 2 types of end on the short side. One with the sugar-covered part and the other without. To prevent your printer from jamming, be sure to insert the sheet so that it is first taken from the sugar-free side.
    • By pinching one of the corners, the sugar leaf must come off the plastic support, so you can remove it and stick it on your cake.
    • If you wish to cut out your printed sugar sheets, we strongly recommend that you first remove them from their support and then cut them according to your wishes.
    • Avoid placing the sugar leaves on creams containing water or on toppings as this may cause humidity to rise
    • To stick your print on your sugar paste cake, you can use edible glue or CRISCO which will allow you to easily reorient the sheet on your cake without taking the risk of tearing the print
