FunCakes flavours can be added to the dough and are therefore perfect for baking. Ideal to flavour your cookie dough or cupcakes for example. Add the recommended dosage to your preparation, as indicated on the package. Add an additional amount of edible flavouring if the cooking temperature is high (above 200°C), as this may reduce the strength of the flavour of the flavour. These flavours can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil, skimmed milk powder, cream powder (milk), cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya, lecithin, flavours. Contains more than 8% cocoa solids.
Recommended dosage: 40g for 500g of preparation.
