Flavour your pastry preparations such as ice cream, cake dough, creams, mousses and more... thanks to this concentrated fruit paste which will be able to perfume and colour all your desserts intensely.
Its high concentration of hazelnuts and cocoa allows you to use only 80 grams of the product for 1 kg of preparation to be flavoured.
