Description

Thanks to this special tool for designing sugar flowers (gumpaste or flower paste), iron flower wires can also be used to hang small sugar paste elements (stars, balloons...) and pricked into your designer cake cake. Collect the threads with matching coloured floral ribbon and place them in a flower cone (or possibly straw) pricked into the cake. The wires should never be introduced directly into the cake. They will also be perfect for the internal structure of your modeling paste figurines.

Warning: the higher the gauge number (= thickness), the finer the florist's thread:)!


Tip: To hang slightly heavy sugar paste elements (stars, hearts... which will then be pricked into the cake), we advise you to choose the gauze flower stems 18, 20 and 22. Prepare these decorations in advance so that the sugar paste dries out and does not slip on the stem! For gumpaste flower petals and leaves, choose the finer wires: gauge 24, 26 and 28;)!
