The concentrated aroma of LorAnn caramel flavour is a powerful aroma. This flavour is three to four times more powerful than water- and alcohol-based flavouring extracts.
If you wish to replace one of the flavouring extracts in a recipe with the corresponding concentrated LorAnn flavouring, it is recommended to use only ¼ at ½ coffee spoon for each coffee spoonful of extract. Exposure to high heat does not alter the flavour of the product.
This caramel aroma is particularly suitable for fondant and marzipan. Thanks to the high concentration, the structure of the fondant and marzipandoes not change much when one and/or the other of these flavours is added. However, they are also suitable for chocolate, sweets, cakes, biscuits and other brownies.
To obtain the best result, it is strongly recommended to follow the instructions below:
Ingredients: propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavours, alcohol. This product, certified kosher, gluten-free and sugar-free, contains NO vegetable oil. It contains only natural and artificial flavours insoluble in water for use in chocolate.
