Description

The vegetable and natural gelatin of PME is a white powder without flavor. This vegetable edible gelatin is a basic ingredient for making a variety of sweet (and savoury) dishes. In pastry, it is an ideal substitute for animal gelatin, and it is used to make puddings, jellies, creams, jams, Bavarian.


Recipe for making jelly: Dissolve 5 grams of gelatin in 75 ml of cold water and let stand for about 10 minutes. Pour the dissolved gelatin into 450 ml of boiling water. Keep stirring continuously. The frost will then start to freeze after 5 to 10 minutes.

NoteVegetable gelatine is another type of gelatine and is not a perfect substitute for traditional gelatine. Therefore, recipes may require a quantity adjustment.

Ingredients: thickener (carrageenan - E407), acidity regulator (sodium citrate - E331), salt, substitute (potassium chloride - E508), dextrose. Suitable for Vegetarian and Vegetarian. May contain traces of wheat and soy flour.

Store in a cool, dry place.
