Description

Decorated meringues are all the rage, and it's child's play with ourmeringue sheets, which you can personalize as you wish.

Simply print them as you would a sugar or ungreased sheet, the only difference being that you'll need to reverse the pattern if you're using text or numbers.

Then pipe your meringues onto each motif using a smooth or fluted tip, and place in the oven.

To ensure correct transfer, we recommend baking your meringues at 80° for 120 min. The meringues must be well cooked, not melting, for the transfer to take place.

Peel off your meringues and your design will be transferred to the underside. You can also use these sheets to print onisomalt and chocolate! For chocolate, we recommend using white chocolate to better see the details of your print.

IMPORTANT: If you need to pour hot isomalt, please wait until it's below 130 degrees before pouring it onto the transfer sheet, otherwise the printed decorations will crack.

Be careful when handling the foil, as the sugar layer is extremely thin and may crumble. These transfer sheets are very different from other Chocolat transfer sheets. For example, its plastic film is made to withstand oven baking or the heat of isomalt.

Ingredients: modified starches (E1422, E1412), white sugar, cocoa butter, stabilizers (E414, E460i), emulsifier (E435, E322), humectant (E422), flavoring, food coloring (E170).

These transfer sheets are also certified Kosher.
