We print your loved one's information (age and first name) with edible ink on a sugar sheet that will enable you to easily transfer the designs onto 35 meringues (or Isomalt or chocolate candies) 3cm in diameter. Ships within 24h.

The trend is towards decorated meringues, and this will be child's play thanks to ourmeringue sheets, which you can personalize as you wish. Then pipe your meringues onto each design using a smooth or fluted tip, and place in the oven.

Peel off the meringues and your design will be transferred to the underside. You can also use these sheets to print onisomalt and chocolate! For chocolate, we recommend using white chocolate to better see the details of your print. And when printing on meringues, prefer high-contrast images and text so that they stand out well on your white meringues.

Our sugar sheet is made of a very thin layer of icing on a plastic backing that will allow you to handle it without difficulty.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW :

1. Print size cannot exceed A4 (20x28cm)
2. For optimum rendering on an A4 print, please provide us with your image in PNG, GIF or JPG format at 200 dpi (pixel per inch) quality.
3. For best results, prefer a bright, not too dark photo (beware of backlighting and blurred photos)
4. If you wish to print several images (different or not) on the same sheet of sugar, please provide us with your graphic file already arranged according to your wishes, so that we can print it directly
5. Frosting Sheets can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 months in an airtight bag.
6. IMPORTANT: If you need to pour hot isomalt, please wait until it's below 130 degrees before pouring it onto the transfer sheet, otherwise the printed decorations will crack.

For the transfer to work properly, we recommend baking your meringues at 80° for around 120 min. Depending on your recipe, the meringues need to be fully cooked, not melting, for the transfer to work properly.

Simply place the transfer sheet on the hot baking sheet during baking, without adding parchment paper or other paper in between.

TRANSFER SHEET ingredients: modified corn starch , sugar , maltodextrin , potato starch , stabilizer E414 , humectant E422 , emulsifier E435 . These transfer sheets are also certified Kosher.
