This ganache can be used to cover and fill a cake in 2 layers of 20 cm or in 1 layer of 25 cm.

Content: 260 grams.

For a chocolate filling: mix the ganache in a blender for a light, airy consistency suitable for use in a piping bag.
For a topping or piping bag mix: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or in a bain-marie until the right consistency is achieved.
For a butter cream topping or a light chocolate flavour topping: add 150g of soft butter to the ganache and mix at high speed for 5 minutes.

Preparation: Reheat in your microwave at 340W for an average of 1 minute.
