This ready-to-use preparation is ideal for garnishing, filling, topping or dipping your pastries and adds an irresistible note of caramel.

It will accompany your Drip cakes and Layer cake by being poured on top of your cakes to create a dripping effect very trendy at the moment.

Use advices :

• To make a topping or a mixture for piping bag: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or in a bain-marie. The caramel can be reheated.
• For a quick topping with butter cream or a lighter flavoured topping: pour the product with 165 grams of soft butter and mix at high speed for 5 minutes.

Preparation: heat in the microwave at 340W for about 1 minute.
