Fun Cakes Royal Powdered Ice Cream Just add water and whisk a few minutes to the mixer: it's ready:)!
Preparation method: Sift 500 g of preparation and mix it with 60 ml of water until a firm royal icing consistency is obtained. Gently beat the mixture and water for about 7 to 10 minutes until the icing is white and no longer shiny.
The icing is ready when the dough raised with the spatula no longer falls back. If you use a hand mixer, make sure it does not lock! To dilute the glaze, simply add, per 200 g of royal glaze, one teaspoon of water to obtain a medium thick consistency or two teaspoons of water to obtain a more fluid consistency.
