It can be colored with all the gel dyestuffs after colouring it, we recommend that you leave it for an hour and then mix it before use.

To completely coat a round cake 24 to 26 cm in diameter, you need about 500 g of sugar dough. If you want to make a decorative knot, you can add 1 teaspoon of powdered tylose.

The sugar dough must be kneaded correctly before spreading it on a thin layer of icing sugar or cornstarch.
