This sugar dough has a soft and tender texture that will allow you to easily cover all your cakes with designer cake.
It hardens quickly once spread, and has a delicious marshmallow taste!
It can be colored with all the gel dyestuffs after colouring it, we recommend that you leave it for an hour and then mix it before use.
FUNCAKES sugar paste is available in various colours and flavours.
To completely coat a round cake 24 to 26 cm in diameter, you need about 500 g of sugar dough. If you want to make a decorative knot, you can add 1 teaspoon of powdered tylose.
The sugar dough must be kneaded correctly before spreading it on a thin layer of icing sugar or cornstarch.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fats (palm nuts, palm), glucose syrup, water, wetting agent: E422, thickener: E415, E466, emulsifier: E471, flavour, preservative: E200, acidifier: E330. This product may contain traces of almonds. Without AZO. This product is Kosher certified and gluten-free (NL-090-056).
