Funcakes sugar dough is known for its quality, its soft and tender texture but which at the same time dries quickly once spread on your cakes.

This set of 5 shades of blue will allow you to make several different blue decorations.

• To obtain an optimal result, please follow the following instructions:
• The sugar paste must be at room temperature.
• Knead the sugar dough firmly for about 1 minute until it is smooth and elastic.
• Sprinkle the work surface with a little icing sugar, and spread the sugar dough with a rolling pin until a smooth surface (2-3 mm thick) is obtained. Turn the sugar dough a quarter turn to prevent it from sticking.
