ProGel products are a new range of highly concentrated food colouring that will give a rich and intense colour to all your sweet and savoury creations.
A small amount of ProGel® is enough to give a deep, vibrant colour.
These dyes are packed in a soft plastic tube, so they are very easy to dose and store. They are available in a wide range of bright colours.
ProGel® food colouring is particularly recommended for colouring sugar and marzipan dough. They are also suitable for other sweet (macaroons, butter cream, fondant, cakes, ...) or savoury (sauces, mousses, ...) creations. They are soluble in water and can be easily incorporated into preparations based on fresh cream (whipped cream) or butter. These dyes are not suitable for colouring chocolates or cocoa butter
Directions for use:
1. Add a dab of Pro Gel colouring to the sugar dough (250g)
2. Knead and stretch the dough to incorporate the dye well and obtain a homogeneous colour
3. The sugar dough is now coloured and ready to use.
