ProGel® dyes from RAINBOW DUST are highly concentrated gel food colorants. They are ready to use and perfect for colouring your cake or cupcake batter, icing, sugar paste, marzipan, macaroons and other sweet or savoury preparations.

ProGel products are a new line of highly concentrated food coloring products that will add rich, intense color to any sweet or savory creation.
A small amount of ProGel® is enough to give a deep vibrant colour.
These dyes are packaged in a soft plastic tube, making them easy to measure and store. They are available in a variety of vibrant colours.
ProGel® food colouring is particularly recommended for tinting sugar paste and marzipan. They are also suitable for other sweet creations (macaroons, butter cream, fondant pâtissier, cakes, ...) or savoury creations (sauces, mousses, ...). They are water soluble and can also be easily incorporated into fresh cream (whipped cream) or butter-based preparations. These dyes are not suitable for colouring chocolates or cocoa butter
Instructions for use:
Add a dab of Pro Gel colouring to the sugar paste (250g)
Knead and stretch the dough to incorporate the colouring and obtain a homogeneous colour
The sugar paste is now coloured and ready to use.
Recommended dosage: 3g of ProGel® colouring for 1kg of preparation

Excellent gel. I have got excellent shadows of lime green colour for my macarons. Expect that I will order and other colours from Rainbow dust Progel palette.
