Rainbow dust's Progel Pastel Multi Pack, including lilac, baby pink, peach, lemon yellow, mint green and baby blue.

ProGel products are a line of highly concentrated food colorings that will add rich, intense color to any sweet or savory creation.

A small amount of ProGel® is enough to give a deep vibrant color.

These dyes are packaged in a flexible plastic tube, making them easy to measure and store. They are available in a variety of vibrant colors.

ProGel® food coloring is especially recommended for tinting sugar paste and marzipan. They are also suitable for other sweet creations (macaroons, butter cream, fondant pâtissier, cakes, ...) or savory creations (sauces, mousses, ...). They are water soluble and can also be easily incorporated into fresh cream (whipped cream) or butter based preparations. These dyes are not suitable to tint chocolates or cocoa butter

Instructions for use:

1. Add a dab of Pro Gel coloring to sugar paste (250g)
2. Knead and stretch the dough to incorporate the coloring and obtain a homogeneous color
3. The sugar paste is now colored and ready to use.
4. Recommended dosage: 3g of ProGel® coloring for 1kg of preparation

• Bleu bébé : Humectant : E422, Eau, Amidon modifié (tapioca), Colorant : E133.
