ProGel products are a new range of highly concentrated edible colorants that will give a rich and intense color to all your sweet or savoury creations.
A small amount of ProGel® is enough to give a vibrant and deep color.
These dyes are packaged in a flexible plastic tube, so they are very easy to measure and store. They are available in a multitude of bright colours.
ProGel® edible colorants are particularly recommended for tinting sugar paste and marzipan. They are also suitable for other sweet creations (macaroons, butter cream, pastry fudge, cakes, etc.) or salty creations (sauces, mousses, etc.). They are soluble in water and can also be easily incorporated into preparations based on fresh cream (whipped cream) or butter. These dyes are not suitable for tinting chocolates or cocoa butter
Instructions for use:
1. Add a dab of Pro Gel to the sugar paste (250g)
2. Knead and stretch the dough to incorporate the dye well and obtain a homogeneous colour
3. The sugar paste is now coloured and ready to use.

Recommended dosage: 3g of ProGel® dye per 1kg of preparation
