Add colour to your sugar dough, marzipan, butter cream, frosting, cake dough and more with gel colours Wilton.
Their ultra concentrated formula will be perfect to obtain bright colours in all your preparations.
Directions for use: collect a small amount of gel from the jar using a cocktail pick. It must always be clean when you add colour and mix your marzipan or sugar paste. For a more intense colour, simply add a little colouring. Knead well to obtain a uniform colour, otherwise you will obtain a marbled effect. Make sure that the gel stays in the middle of the preparation to avoid colouring your hands. Then wash them with warm water and soap to remove any traces of colour.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for chocolate colouring.
