5 sachets of LA PATELIERE super active baker's yeast.
This dry and active yeast is used to make brioches, bread, pizzas, kouglofs ... to obtain a perfect inflation. It does not require a resting time and will make you save time in your preparations.
Recommended dosage: 1 sachet 5.5 g for 300 g of flour.
Storage condition: Keep in a cool and dry place, after opening keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
