Preparation for delicious biscuits which you can then decorate or possibly for an apple pie.
Preparation time: The ingredients must be at room temperature. Knead 500 g of mixture, 150 g of butter (cream) and 1 egg (50 g) to a firm dough. Leave to harden in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a flat, floured surface (3 mm thick), cut out the biscuits and bake in the centre of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown. Leave the biscuits to cool and decorate as desired. Suitable for approx. 25 biscuits of 7 to 10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, dextrose(wheat), glucose syrup (dehydrated), raising agent: E450, E500, flavouring(milk).

Advice How about a delicious apple pie? Simply cover the bottom and sides of a baking tin with a layer of this pastry and fill it with a mixture of apples, sugar and cinnamon. Bake the tart at 170°C (fan oven 150°C) for about 50-60 minutes.
