Preparation: See the quantity chart on the package for proportions and baking times. Preheat oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients should be at room temperature. Put the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Mix on high speed for 7 to 8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a buttered baking dish (1/2 to 2/3 full). Put the cake in the oven and do not open it while baking! The cake is ready when it is elastic to the touch. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool on a cake rack.
