Make a cold cream mousse quickly and easily with this powdered preparation from Ancel. You will obtain a creamy and airy texture with a good taste of milky vanilla
Perfect for the assembly of your pastries such as: Millefeuilles, strawberries, Tropézienne, Saint Honoré or as a filling for your éclairs or religieuses for example.
Easy to use, simply add cold water
Standard dosage: 400 to 550 g for 1L of cold water, depending on the desired consistency.
Pour 1 litre of cold water and add 400 g of preparation. Mix gently for 1 minute and then continue to beat more quickly for 4 minutes until you obtain your mousseline.
You can also flavour your mousseline with dyes, alcohol or flavourings according to your taste
Its resealable case will guarantee you a better protection and conservation of the product.
