This preparation for Bavarois Alaska-Express from Ancel will be an ideal base for the realization of your bavarois, charlottes, or log with a good raspberry taste

100 g of Bavarois Alaska-Express Raspberry preparation contains the equivalent of 57.5 g of fresh raspberries.

Easy to use, simply add water and whipped cream. You will then obtain a creamy texture and an excellent slicability.

Its resealable case will guarantee a better protection and conservation of the product.

Standard dosage: 200 g Alaska-express Bavarian cream + 300 g water at 25-30°C + 1000 g sweetened whipped cream of 50 to 100 g per litre of whipped cream.

200 g of preparation used according to the above recipe allows you to make either: about 3 L of Bavarian mousse or 24 portions of 60 g.

Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, bovine gelatine, dried raspberry pieces 8%, glucose syrup, acidifier E330, colouring (beetroot powder), natural flavouring.
