This preparation for Bavarian Alaska-Express from Ancel will be an ideal base for the realization of your bavarois, charlottes, or log with a good pear taste

100 g of preparation for Bavarois Alaska-Express Poire contain the equivalent of 61g of fresh pears.

Easy to use, you just need to add water and whipped cream. You will then obtain a creamy texture and an excellent slicability.

Its resealable case will guarantee a better protection and conservation of the product.

Standard dosage: 200 g of Alaska-express Bavarian cream mix + 300 g of water at 25-30°C + 1000 g of sweetened whipped cream of 50 to 100 g per litre of whipped cream.

200 g of preparation allows you to make either: about 3 L of Bavarian mousse or 24 portions of 60 g.

Ingredients: sugar, pear powder (pear pieces 7%, maltodextrin (contains gluten), sugar, corn starch), dextrose (contains gluten), bovine gelatine, modified starch, acidifier E330 (contains gluten), flavourings.

Possible traces of gluten, egg, soya, lupin, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame.
