100 g of preparation for Bavarois Alaska-Express Poire contain the equivalent of 61g of fresh pears.

Standard dosage: 200 g of Alaska-express Bavarian cream mix + 300 g of water at 25-30°C + 1000 g of sweetened whipped cream of 50 to 100 g per litre of whipped cream.
200 g of preparation allows you to make either: about 3 L of Bavarian mousse or 24 portions of 60 g.
