Let your imagination run wild by incorporating either sweetened whipped cream, fruit or a savoury preparation and flavour it according to your taste: alcohol, flavouring, etc.
Easy to use, you just have to add water and whipped cream. You will then obtain a creamy texture and an excellent slicability.
Its resealable case will guarantee a better protection and conservation of the product.
Standard dosage: 200 g Alaska-express Bavarian cream mix + 300 g water at 25-30°C + 1000 g vegetable cream sweetened to 10%.
Flavouring: QS flavour paste or 500 g sweet fruit puree or 300 g sour fruit puree. To use flavouring or alcohol, add the desired quantity to the 300 g of water.
1 kg of preparation used according to the above recipe can be used to make either: 14 L of Bavarian mousse or 140 portions of 100 ml or 2 frames of 40 x 60 x 3.5 cm.
Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and vegetarian (without gelatine).
