With FunCakes Enchanted Cream mix you can easily create a light, snow-white cream with a great vanilla taste. Enchanted Cream is lighter than buttercream and its natural flavor allows you to add your own flavor. Because of its quick and easy preparation, this cream is ideal for decorating cakes and cupcakes.

FunCakes Enchanted Cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. You make this cream with water only, so it can be stored outside the refrigerator.

Preparation: For one portion of whipped cream. Mix 150 g of mixture with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add flavouring as desired . The cream is suitable as a filling or for decoration and can be used directly. A prepared cream can be stored up to 5-6 days in the fridge, stir a little before re-use. If desired, you can just add milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml).
