Easy to use, simply add water and a little butter at room temperature.
For one portion of Swiss Meringue Buttercream : Whisk 100 grams of mixture with 70 ml of warm water for 8 minutes. Add 220 grams of unsalted butter in 4 parts to the mixture and beat until the butter is completely resolved before adding the next part. Beat at high speed for about 8 minutes to obtain a smooth cream
One portion of cream is enough to fill and cover 1 x 20 cm cake or to decorate approx. 12 cupcakes.
