Preparation for Caramel cake Funcakes 400g

Use this preparation from Funcakes to create a perfect caramel cake in no time at all, with crunchy cookie pieces and a delicious caramel taste.

Easy to use, simply add butter, eggs and a little water, and you're ready to go. Your dough is ready to bake.

To use: Preheat oven to 160°C (fan oven 140°C). Start by placing 500g of the mixture, 250g of butter, 4 eggs (approx. 220g) and 3 tablespoons of water in a bowl and mixing at low speed for 4 minutes to obtain a smooth dough. Butter and flour a 20-24 cm baking tin and pour in the dough. Bake for approximately 1 hr 10 min.
