It contains fruit pieces, crunchy pearl sugar and a fresh lemon taste.
Easy to use, just add butter, eggs and you're done. Your dough is ready to be baked.
You can also use this preparation to make limoncello cupcakes .
Directions: Preheat oven to 170°C (fan oven 150°C). Start by mixing 175 g of soft butter. Add 400 g of the preparation with 4 eggs (about 200 grams) and mix at low speed for 4 minutes to obtain a smooth batter. Butter and flour a 25 cm pan and pour the dough into it. Bake for about 55 minutes. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool.
Ingredients: sugar (50%), wheat flour, lemon juice (1%) (concentrate), apples (1%), raising agent: E450, E500, fructose syrup, natural flavouring (citrus), emulsifier: E472b (palm, turnip seeds), E477 (palm), salt, glucose syrup (dehydrated), milk powder (low fat), rice flour, flavouring (contains alcohol), thickener: E415, E440.
