Use this preparation to make a Florentine cookie and nougatine in no time. You can also use it to make almond or dried fruit petit fours.
Easy to use, you just have to mix 300 g of preparation and 150 g of almond. Place this mixture in a mold. Bake for about 5 to 8 minutes at 200°C.
