Directions: All ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix 400 g of mixture, 80 g of butter, 1 egg and 8 ml of water and mix to obtain a firm dough. Form this dough into a roll and wrap it in aluminum foil to let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Cut your cookies about 2 cm thick. Place your cookies on your baking sheet covered with parchment paper, leaving enough space between. Bake for an average of 13 to 16 minutes

With this preparation, you will be able to make up to 10 to 12 cookies depending on the size you want.
