This red velvet mix is perfect for making a delicious chocolate cake, but in red!

Preparation: See the quantity chart on the package for proportions and baking time. Preheat oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients should be at room temperature. Put the mixture, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6 to 8 minutes to obtain a light batter. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes with 500 g recipe mix), baking time approx. 20 minutes at 175° C (convection oven 160° C).

Also suitable for cupcakes (you can make about 20 cupcakes with 500 g of mixture). Bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes at 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

Ingredients : wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, raising agent : E500, E450, E341, vegetable oil and fat (turnip seeds), skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier : E472b (palm, turnip seeds), E477 (palm), glucose syrup (dehydrated), soya flour, colouring : E172, E129, salt, thickening agent : E466, E415, flavour.
