Preparation mode

First of all, make sure that all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (rotary heat oven: 160 ºC).

For 20 to 24 cupcakes, mix 500 g of preparation, 250 g of butter (fine) and 5 eggs (size M, 250 g) with the blender at a minimum speed for 4 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained.

Place the paper boxes in a muffin pan and fill the paper boxes halfway with a spoon (ice cream).

Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes in the preheated oven. Tip: Add a pinch of salt and/or flavour of your choice, such as lemon or orange.

Preparation of a cake: baking time of about 70 to 75 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 ºC (rotary heat oven: 140 ºC).
