With this artisanal pastry quality preparation, you can easily make sponge cakes with a firm and airy texture.

Simply add eggs, water and possibly lemon peel or FunCakes flavourings to the mixture and you have a delicious, homemade sponge cake that you can decorate as you wish.

Preparation: See the quantity chart on the package for proportions and cooking times. Preheat oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients should be at room temperature. Put the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Mix on high speed for 7 to 8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a buttered baking dish (1/2 to 2/3 full). Put the cake in the oven and do not open it while baking! The cake is ready when it is elastic to the touch. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool on a cake rack.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, emulsifier: E472b (palm, turnip seed), E477 (palm), raising agents: E500, E341, E450, E336, E575, glucose syrup (dehydrated), milk powder (low fat), salt, flavour, thickener: E414.
