Preparation for enchanted cream 900g

With FunCakes Enchanted Cream Mix you can easily create a light, snow-white cream with a great vanilla taste. Enchanted Cream is lighter than buttercream and its natural flavor allows you to add your own flavor. Because of its quick and easy preparation, this cream is ideal for decorating cakes and cupcakes.

FunCakes Enchanted Cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. You make this cream with water only, so it can be kept out of the fridge.

Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®. Mix 150 g of mixture, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add a FunCakes flavouring according to your preference. The cream can be used immediately. The cream produced can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stirring before using again. If you prefer, the mixture can be made with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) to make it creamier or less creamy. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake of Ø25 cm, or to make swirls on approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
