Description

Make a delicious strawberry Bavarian with this preparation, you can also create toppings for your cakes and pastries.

Preparation: Whip 250 ml of liquid cream until it has a homogeneous texture.

Mix 50 g of Bavarian mix with 60 ml of warm water and gently add the mixture to the whipped cream.

Use the Bavarian directly for a cake or dessert, then leave to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Suitable for freezing.

Ingredients: sugar, gelatine (pork), corn starch, dehydrated strawberries (6%), modified starch (potato), acidifier: E330, flavouring, salt, colour: E162. This product may contain traces of: milk.

Store in a cool and dry place at a temperature between 8 and 24 ºC
