Make a delicious Bavarian Chocolate Bavarian with this preparation, you can also create toppings for your cakes and pastries.
Preparation: Whip 250 ml of liquid cream until it has a homogeneous texture.
Mix 50 g of Bavarian mix with 60 ml of warm water and gently add the mixture to the whipped cream.
Use the Bavarian directly for a cake or dessert, then leave to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Suitable for freezing.
Ingredients: sugar, lean cocoa powder (20%), gelatine (pork), caramelized sugar, salt, flavouring. May contain traces of nuts.
Store in a cool and dry place at a temperature between 8 and 24 ºC
