Preparation for Fun Cakes Donuts.
Amaze your guests by making delicious donuts with this easy-to-make preparation.
Directions for use: Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C for a rotary oven) or the pan to 180°C. The ingredients must be at room temperature. Pour 500 g of mix, 215 mL of water and 65 mL of vegetable oil and mix in a mixer with a kneading hook for 5 minutes. Spread the dough over a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut the donuts and let stand for 10 minutes. Baking: Put the donuts in a dish and cook them for about 10 minutes until golden. Cover the donuts with melted butter and decorate them as you wish. Pan-frying: Cook the donuts for about 90 seconds on each side until golden and decorate as you wish.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, modified starch, raising agent: E450, E500, vegetable oil and fat (turnip), wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier: E471 (palm), E472e (sunflower, rape), thickener: E466, flavourings, enzymes (wheat).
